Transformational Teaching
Teaching should not only inform, but inspire, discomfort, challenge, and transform not only ones way of thinking, but how one relates to and lives in the world. It should shape worldviews.
Ideally, instruction moves from a classroom to a city street, or neighborhood, workplace or household. It's how and where Jesus taught.
Our teaching should cause learners to reconsider ideas about relationships personally, socially, politically, and economically. How does God want us to take His teaching into every aspect of the world and how does he expect me to conduct myself in those contexts?
Seminar
Our one day seminar on Transformational Teaching will provide you with the basic tools to apply in your teaching. Half the day will be instructional and the second half of the day a workshop in which you begin to apply the principles to a specific text of scripture.
