This position is flexible and there is opportunity for hand-on ministry in the community. Redemptive Community Coordinators. Live among Appalachian people modeling Christian community. Establish bible studies and coordinate our holistic ministry in the community. Gather communities together for special worship activities or community "parties". Oversee development work in your community. Youth workers. We have openings for Two Male Youth Workers. No, this isn't discrimination. God has supplied 3 female workers and they are asking for males to work with all the young men in the area who have little to do. This is a Key Need! We serve both African American and Caucasian populations. If you feel called to minister to youth, have a burden for impoverished communities consider working with Mustard Seeds. Manager of Volunteers. This person will oversee the management of the home repair program along with year round volunteer opportunities with teams and families. This is a position that involves high face-to-face interaction with local families as well as with teams from around the country. Video Production/Teacher. Person will start a video production class which will teach youth to handle all aspects of video production. This will be a major aspect of our learning center. Expectations include television quality output, the creation of local documentaries and historic pieces, news spots and advertising by local youth. Close work with local youth in our learning center. Art/Music Teachers. Person will oversee an arts program in our learning center and spearhead the creation of murals to beautify structures in the town. Provide music training to youth. Need guitarists and keyboardists. Business/Marketing Coordinator. To provide assistance and instruction to start up businesses in our micro economic development program.
