Prayer Concerns

Although we do much in the way of social work, we are not social workers. Pray that each staff person have a vital and powerful relationship with Christ. Pray that sharing Christ's love always be our number one priority.

General Needs

Staff Positions needing filled. We currently are seeking to recruit key people for the work. We are recruiting 4 key positions. We need Male Youth Workers and a person to oversee our economic development projects. We want people committed to obeying and incarnating Jesus Christ and a servant's heart. We need three interns for summer home repair ministry. We are also in need a someone to oversee the volunteer ministry to teams and families.

Urgent Prayer for Jacque Wallace

Pray for Jacque as she continues with her treatment for breast cancer. She has been in California living with our sons and their families for over a year now, God has answered prayers in powerful ways!! Pray as she travels back home to WV March 22 for a month's visit before finishing her treatments. Jacque also has myasthenia gravis. God has been answering prayer powerfully for Jacque over the time of her cancer treatment. She has not taken any of her MG medication since being prayed for by our staff in Nov ('08) and is stronger than ever!!

Community Work

We must create coalitions of churches and mobilize and train them to address the chronic problems in this area. Pray God give us favor with pastors and key leaders. Pray as we seek to organize communities to address needs in the community.

Financial Support

We need to recruit 40 people to support the ministry at $50 a month. You can be one of those key people. Click on the Donate Now button on the left and start the process.

Volunteer Ministry

Pray the Lord prepare the 500 volunteers who will come to work with us in home repair this spring and summer. Pray that God use them as well as powerfully encounter them as they serve.

Safety

We travel extensively and in the summer our interns and volunteers not only travel, but are involved in home repair. Pray the Lord keep us safe and that no accidents occur on jobsites or with vehicles.

Pray for Randy

He has a number of writing projects which will hopefully advance the Kingdom of God. Pray also for speaking opportunities for Randy in churches, small groups, Sunday Schools or Christian Business groups

Pray for Jacque

She is reducing the celcept she has taken for years. Pray she remain strong and that her heart recover from being weakened during chemotherapy.

Bob and Wendy Hammond

Pray that the new mentoring collaboration be successful and God raise up responsible youth to be mentors.

Pray for Wendy as she works with the local school and other community groups.

Angie Caskey

Angie and her daughters Brittany and Ashley. Pray she find help to start Celebrate Recovery.

Lacy Blankenship

Pray for Lacy as he oversees teams in the summer. Pray too that he maintain good health and that his back not trouble him.

Dave and Deb Adams

They are raising support in Florida. Pray that God give them wisdom in how to balance full time employment with support raising. Pray too that God opend doors and hearts with individuals and churches.

Bryon and Anna Thomas

They are raising support in GA. Anna is pregnant. Pray she and the baby are healthy with no complications.

Answers to Prayer

Jacue continues to be strong and healthy. Two couples are coming on staff. Lacy passed his contractor's exam.
